Was back to explore Lim Chu Kang, Singapore, early this morning…
1st Stop: Hay Dairies Farm, Lim Chu Kang Lane 4

Milking process start from 9am to 11am…

Farm helpers putting the goats in line…

Goats are cleaned before the milking process begins…

Milk are being stuck and stored into the drum below before processing…

Here you go… the final product -> goats milk. Taste good and lite…
S$2.50 for 250ml pack
Deliveries are available with a minimum orders of 2 litres a week (S$8 for 1 litre bottle pack)
Goat milk is known to be more easily digestible compared to cow milk. It contains a large number of small fat globules and lacks a protein agglutnin. This difference is a reason why goat milk does not required homogenization which is commonly carried out for cow milk which otherwise would partition itself into 2 distinct layers.
Next… we purchased a pack of Alfalfa Hay to feed the goats in Barn 2…

The baby goats were so cute…
