Must Try!!! Muffins from Baker’s Well… its really yummy and fresh especially the chocolate blueberry ones. Muffins also comes in oreo, apricot, strawberry, chocolate chips, cheese,  rasin, banana etc etc…  Cost: 3 for S$3.  Located at 35 East Coast Road, Singapore.  

Baker’s Well also sells a variety of cheesecakes like blueberry and cheery. A whole cake cost S$27.

By the way, Baker’s Well Christmas Order Form is already out…  Highly recommended are their Chocolate Fudge Praline Log Cake, Smoked Salmon Platters, Continental Sandwich Platters, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Tiramisu Cake, Black Forest and Mix Herb Roast Turkey. • the restaurant serve chinese thai food
• most of the waitresses there are with the company since the start of the biz
• they are super friendly which gives you a cosy, homely dinning experience
• the chief chef was from thailand
• the restaurant serve buffet (min 4 pax) at $15+ (without gst)… and also al carte menu… trust me, definitely worth the $
• don’t miss their tom yam soup, minced prawn tofu and kang kong with sambal sauce

Conquer Online - is a game about chinese kungfu and magic. Enjoy the endless beautiful scenery and mythical environment in which you can develop your own character and interact with other imaginary beings and also exchange tips with millions of players from all over the world. 

There are 4 character types to choose from: Trojan, Warrior, Archer and Taoist which you can customised their weapons and skill. Proud to say, I am the owner of a level 112 Archer ha…  there’s loads to learn about this game… you gotta play it to understand how the virtue environment works…

 

Some tips to share:

• Virtual Money. This is the key crux to power in this game. You can earn quick money by hunting moon box and sells them in the market for virtue dollar ranging from 1.5mil – 2mil.
• Leveling. Get tips from your online mates where to level your character as certain area allows you to move a level up in a shorter time frame e.g. for Archer, the best place to level would be the training ground itself.
• Get as many friends to join this game as possible so that you can form a guild. Guild war is the best part of this game.

 A Battle of Wits – Is a story about how Ge Li (acted by Andy Lau) preach about universal love and peace. Back in 530 BC, China was torn into seven stages, each with their own ruler. Smaller and weaker stages often fell pray to stronger and more ambitious ruler who wants to strive expansion. Ge Li was invited to help City Liang to defend State Zhao. However, Ge Li was being betrayed by the proudness of City Liang’s ruler to admit Ge Li’s capability to defeat State Zhao.

Heard of Biopolis? Is a centre for biomedical sciences in Asia and the world. Among the R&D labs and biotech companies are few cosy and chic wine and dine restaurants, cafes, pubs, retail stores and a fitness centre.
